Data Removal Request

Please use this form to request removal of your data from HubOnsite, listed and developed in App Stores by Hubvia. Our app collects the following data: First Name and Last Name, Adjuster License Number, address, geolocation data at the time of inspection, inspection photos and notes*, and contact information (phone number). *Note: Photos and notes related to inspections are part of the Claim Adjustment process, and there are legal requirements with the Department of Insurance, and the client who assigned you this claim. Claim related data may not be able to be removed due to those litigation requirements, but all efforts will be made to remove your data from our servers or mask it within the bounds of those requirements.
Confirmation will be sent from our team upon receipt of your request within 24 hours, and we will confirm your removal request completion within 2 business days. Please be sure to include your first name, last name, email address associated with your user account, and any specifics to help us better assist you with your request.
