Data removal request
Use this page to ask us to delete your HubOnsite account and remove your data. HubOnsite is the inspection app Hubvia develops and lists in the app stores.
How do I request removal?
Email contact@hubvia.com with the subject “HubOnsite data removal request” and include:
- Your first and last name
- The email address on your HubOnsite account
- Whether you want your whole account deleted or only certain data removed
- Anything else that helps us find your data, like a claim number
We'll confirm we received your request within 24 hours, and confirm it's complete within 2 business days.
What data does HubOnsite collect?
- First and last name
- Adjuster license number
- Address
- Geolocation data at the time of inspection
- Inspection photos and notes
- Contact information (phone number)
When you ask us to delete your account, we remove this data from our servers, except for the claim data described below.
Is any data kept after deletion?
Sometimes, yes. Inspection photos and notes are part of the claim adjustment process, and the Department of Insurance and the client who assigned you the claim have legal requirements for keeping them. We may not be able to remove claim-related data because of those requirements. Where we can't delete it, we'll remove or mask your personal details as far as those requirements allow.
