Position Overview

The SQL Application Developer will serve as a subject matter expert (SME) responsible for designing, building, and configuring complex applications to meet evolving business process requirements. Working within the AMS Technology Services group, this role drives technical solutions across cross-functional teams, manages build and release configurations, and leads continuous improvement initiatives.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, build, and configure applications using Oracle PL/SQL to enhance overall application functionality.
  • Perform SQL performance tuning and code optimization to maintain high-performing data interfaces.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and deliver seamless system integrations.
  • Conduct comprehensive code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards.
  • Execute Build Management, Configuration & Release Management, and Design & Build Enablement tasks.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application issues across immediate and interconnected technical teams.
