The Team
Team is made up of 90+ project managers from junior level to very senior level project managers, supporting the entire our client Rx business – the PBM, all the pharmacies (Home Delivery, Specialty, Genoa, Pharmscript, etc.)
Responsibilities
- a. Contribute, lead and own the development of program/project scope statements (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document), Project/Program Plans, Communication Plans and Status/Issue Reporting b. Coordinate, own and provide input on project/program schedule, budget, scope, benefit and quality.
- c. Develop, coordinate and complete assigned project/program work on time and on budget with assigned resources.
- d. Develop/contribute to project budgets/forecasts, drive capture of project economics (e.g., cost/benefit analysis, capital planning, staffing impact analysis/assessment) and assist in obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders.
- e. Actively address issues, challenges and problems that arise during course of project/program. Own finding the right resources to resolve the issue, escalate when necessary, drive issues to closure.
Required Skills
5+ years project management experience or similar experience, Previous experience in a cross-matrixed enterprise environment, Strong executive communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely, Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities, and Ability to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, and actions and implement across organizational boundaries
Preferred Skills
- Business operations strategy definition and execution in a matrixed organization, Familiarity with our client Rx and our client Rx’s products & services, Healthcare, PBM or pharmacy experience, Experience with Smartsheets
- Does this require an professional license? No
- What are the work hours? (ex. 9am-5pm, day/night shifts, rotating shifts, etc) 8am – 5pm CT standard hours, M-F, excluding company holidays
- Is overtime or weekend work a requirement? No but may be possible
