Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the development of dashboards and analytics solutions that empower business users to make data-driven decisions. • Build and maintain advanced DAX measures and calculations following Power BI best practices while ensuring dashboard performance and maintainability.
  • Validate data accuracy, perform root cause analysis, partner with engineering teams to resolve inconsistencies, and provide technical guidance to other analysts.

Top 3 Required Skills

  • Power BI (Data modeling, DAX, Power BI Service) – 5+ years
  • SQL & Relational Databases (Postgres or similar) – 5+ years
  • NoSQL / AWS Cloud Environments (DynamoDB) – 5+ years

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a Senior-level Data Analyst (8+ years of total experience, 5+ in specialized analytics) with strong technical mastery over Power BI, SQL, and AWS NoSQL environments. They possess exceptional communication skills, seamlessly bridging the gap between technical metrics and non-technical business stakeholders. They act as a strategic thought partner rather than just a report builder, thriving in a hybrid office setting.
