- IT Services Consulting background required
- 7-10 Years of Experience working as a BA
- 2-3 days onsite in NYC
- Associate who can serve BA and PM roles.
- BA Focus - Gathering reqs, user stories, stakeholder management, UAT
- PM Focus (30% of work) - Gathering requirements and passing to team, check status/progress, present on weekly status
- HRIS system experience is a good plus
- Fixed price project experience not required
