About the role
- . AI Engineer – Glean
- Build, configure, test and deploy Glean-based enterprise AI/search solutions based on client use cases and architecture.
- Develop and configure Glean integrations, connectors and data/content ingestion pipelines across enterprise sources.
- Support search/indexing, identity, permissions and access-control configurations required for secure enterprise implementation.
- Develop supporting integrations using Python, REST APIs and AWS/cloud services, where required.
- Build and customize Glean use cases based on client requirements and work closely with client engineering teams.
- Perform integration testing, troubleshooting, deployment and production support for Glean solutions.
- Good understanding of enterprise search, GenAI/LLM concepts, data integration, APIs and cloud technologies
