Responsibilities
- Write clean maintainable reusable and efficient Ruby code
- Develop APIs following industry standards
- Implement appropriate test frameworks and ensure adequate coverage for features
- Understand the end-to-end functionality of modern web applications and their performance under load
- Apply strong software engineering and architecture fundamentals
- Adhere to Agile best practices
Additional Requirements
- Experience with PostgreSQL or similar databases
- Proficient in SQL including schemas indexes and query optimization
- Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript
